4 Deposits & Withdrawals

9xbet offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, ৳15,000 in wagers must be placed before withdrawing bonus winnings. Wagering applies to the bonus amount only, not to the sum of deposit plus bonus.

5.2 Bonus Rules

  • Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period — see the offer details.
  • Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly; they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the offer explicitly permits it.
  • If an attempt is made to earn a bonus through manipulation or misconduct, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
  • 9xbet reserves the right to change or withdraw the terms of any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

9xbet's VIP Program has four tiers. Through regular play, you can advance to a higher tier:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.1%.
  • Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 9xbet are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed, unless a technical error requires otherwise. If a technical issue causes a loss, 9xbet will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate resolution.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, official results shall be considered final. If a match or event is not completed within the scheduled time, the bet will be settled in accordance with the rules of the relevant sports body.

6.3 Casino Games

6.4 Technical Errors

  • Using any automated software, bots, or hacking tools.
